Even if it’s not your first child, you may find yourself struggling with feelings of depression, isolation, and inadequacy just to name a few. It’s important to understand that you’re not going through this alone, and your feelings are common. Many parents experience a whole range of emotions and difficulties following the birth of a child, and it’s not always easy to cope. If you’re ready to start the journey to become the best possible parent, we’re here to help. Call our Saint Paul office to schedule your first session today.

The Value of My Personal Experience

After the birth of my first child, I was surprised to find that this overwhelming life change left me feeling alone and unsure. I started to talk about just how hard everything was - sleeping, feeding, going places, doing anything that made me feel like me - with other moms, and was shocked to learn that all of them felt the exact same way! Why didn’t anyone tell me it would be this difficult? This experience spurred me to use my clinical and therapeutic experience and expertise to support parents during this challenging time.
